In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, or about how we secure your personal data. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
Orders shipped via USPS or UPS Ground should arrive in about 7 to 10 business days. All orders require a valid address.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from the Online Store are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss for everything you purchase passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Shorty's BS, LLC claims no responsibility for items lost by shipping carriers.
All the information you provide while placing your order is for our internal use only, and will not be shared with anyone else.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. All return or exchanged items must be in their original condition. Returned items must have the original tags and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. We offer you the option of exchange or refund. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. All sales are final on sale items.
To return merchandise, email us at email@example.com for return authorization. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shorty's BS, LLC does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Shorty's BS, LLC. Excluding the original shipping costs, refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned merchandise and will be processed in the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation by email once your exchanges/refunds are processed. If you requested an exchange and the merchandise is not available/in stock, you will be refunded for your purchase in the original form of payment.
