RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. All return or exchanged items must be in their original condition. Returned items must have the original tags and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. We offer you the option of exchange or refund. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. All sales are final on sale items.
To return merchandise, email us at management@shortysbarbershop.com for return authorization. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shorty's BS, LLC does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Shorty's BS, LLC. Excluding the original shipping costs, refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned merchandise and will be processed in the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation by email once your exchanges/refunds are processed. If you requested an exchange and the merchandise is not available/in stock, you will be refunded for your purchase in the original form of payment.
SHIPPING INFO
Orders shipped via USPS or UPS Ground should arrive in about 7 to 10 business days. All orders require a valid address.
All items purchased from the Online Store are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss for everything you purchase passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Shorty's BS, LLC claims no responsibility for items lost by shipping carriers.
